Who organizes Beaufort 03?

Beaufort 03 is organized by vzw Ku(n)st in association with the PMMK, Provincial Museum for Modern Art in Ostend, and the ten coastal municipalities.

Where is vzw Ku(n)st based?

Vzw Ku(n)st's project secretariat is on the ground floor of the left side-wing of the PMMK, Provincial Museum for Modern Art in Ostend. The office is manned Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Whose idea was the Beaufort coastal art event?

The project's spiritual father is the former Curator-Director of the PMMK and the PMCP (Provincial Museum Constant Permeke – Jabbeke) Willy Van Den Bussche. He was responsible for the artistic content of Beaufort 01 and Beaufort 02, realized with the support of a number of governmental bodies - regional, provincial, Flemish and federal.

Who is on the Executive Board?

The Executive Board consists of two partners: the Province of West Flanders and the City of Ostend. They are represented by Gunter Pertry, Patrick Van Gheluwe and Jean-Marie Bogaert for the Province of West Flanders, and Hilde Veulemans, Nancy Bourgoignie and Philippe Boutens for the City of Ostend. Gunter Pertry, Deputy for Culture of the Province of West Flanders, chairs the Executive Board.

When will the programme for Beaufort 03 appear?
